I'm on Durandal, it's a lovely server with lovely people. Naturally, on the peasant servers where it starts at 20m gil, you probably had a lot of "TITAN RUNZ 250k! OVER 300 RUNZ!" (I saw that advert) 300*250,000 = 75,000,000, wow, on Sargatanas you can use all that gil to buy a 5th class Medium! Don't worry though, you only need to sell another 900 odd runs to get the super deluxe version.

So, anyone running a vote on "who is happy with the FC housing prices"? I vote "Umm, nah, got some rich 1.0 players but I wouldn't pay 20m for a shack".

The whole damn point of having a bidding system was so we could bid against each other for plots. At these prices no one can even afford the damn starting prices yet alone do a bidding war.
The prices need to be dropped dead low, with all the outbidding we will be doing the price will end high anyway!

Whoever decided these prices, kick him off the development team!

to be honest people selling titan runs should be banned plain and simple they are tampering with economy and making it so people do not run the dungeons right. There were even videos all over youtube where the people selling runs would turn around and deliberately sabotage runs so people would get so pissed off they would give up and pay.

In my server group, the highest price is 100,000,000. That might sound like a lot of money, but look at it like this:

Small plot: 8.0m gil (1st rank), that's for small FC's. If you are 8 players, that's 1m gil from each player. Is that really unreasonable ? I mean, I have no money at all basically, but that's because there have been no reason to get money. Now there are a reason.

8 members in a FC is very little too. My FC has 30 members, and that's considered a small FC. If you split it up between us, it's like 260k gil per player for the 1st rank one.

The medium plot and large plot is not meant to be available to smaller FC's right now. Is that really something bad ? For bigger FC's, it will be the same amount of gil per player as for smaller plots.


The problem is for the server groups with higher prices. There might be more money circulating in those servers, but there are probably lots of FC's that doesn't have more money than FC's on my server.

^ THIS im on shiva and we are the closest to legacy in terms of expense and seriously even then we don't have to pay that much, like 30 more mil for the highest level of housing which we don't need, we can easily get a small one.

Honestly, if that's true, then you're just not very good at the basics of the basics of MMOs.

Regardless of what people say about the large houses, the small houses (except the 40-50m ones) are very affordable, by FCs of practically any size.
