    Would it be feasible to actually dump some level of accuracy itemization in favor of relying on RoD being up for most of the fight?

    Well, they did, albeit fairly minor ones. Untraited B4B and IR both got their effectiveness cut in half.

    Since it costs 200 TP, does like, 100 potency damage, i'm going to go with "hell no".

    On the flipside then: Does the bard not having to worry about RoD uptime provide any meaningful improvement to their damage?

    Yup. I don't play Bard, but that's still 200TP kept in a Bard's pocket.

    Warrior becomes useful in a party composition, and Bard can focus on DPS.

    "Focus on DPS" that just got nerfed even though it was already the lowest of any DD at endgame...
    That's not exactly a consolation prize that is going to make Bards feel any better about RoD.
