Said it before and I'll say it again, the biggest mistake was calling the job Bard. So many people cant adjust their way of thinking and recognize that in FF14 bard fills a slightly different role than in other MMOs. Just give them the caster LB. It's pretty crap anyway and any place you would use it (nails for instance) it's not actually needed. That way melee DPS feelings aren't hurt and ARC/BRD's get a slightly more appropriate LB (especially for 4man content.)
