Yes I see that, believe me I have played enough MMO's to know. However why not cater to both crowds? create two separate dungeons that are based on each looting system, one that runs how the current loot system is, and one that is totally RNG.
They obviously have to leave the weekly lockouts for the players WHO CHOOSE to do it the "easier" way.
