Why can't Coil have the same loot system as CT?

So you'd rather be locked out for an entire week (and depending on RNG) not even get gear in the process?

That's a much better solution than being able to run whenever you want and get gear.

I would rather have the lockout coil currently has. As I have said before it is not hard to make friends and form a static.
