You're assuming the Duty Finder is going to find a replacement. When someone drops in WP/AK the duty finder almost never replaces them and we have to quit/start over.

It will replace them if you wait long enough. The thing is, people have to check the "Join Party in Progress" option when they queue for them to join you.

Yeahhh, we waited 30 minutes once, cleared AK to the end boss and a tank never joined. I'd say waiting long enough isn't an option for small servers.

Who cares? You can only coil once per week. A whole group of 7 people can do one carry for one person. That's like literally nothing. It'll have absolutely no impact on the economy.
