It's completely ridiculous that they favor some people over others. When did you write your ticket and how long did it take them to reply? I wrote one yesterday with the stuff you mentioned.Did you make sure to include that you wanted to use your 1 time only item restoration policy feature? Cause When I said that, they replied with a "We'd be glad to help you get your item restored. But do take note that this is a 1 time feature and will be unable to be used again in the future." basically. They then proceeded to link me to their item restoration policy page.
So, I'm not understand why some people are getting rejected. It makes me sad. :/
