Requested it in the morning, got it in the evening. They do say the investigation can take up to 7 days.

Also, did you get it in a Moogle Mail or directly from a GM into your inventory?

Also in their response, told me to keep my mailbox clean and they would send the reply to the investigation through that.

Took me 6 day to go back to a Lalafell! And i used 2 Phials to begin with and 2 months prior to requesting item restore.

How exactly do you submit a Request? The support desk is really confusing to me and I just can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!

mog mail from a GM. its pretty noticeable.

It took about a week to get mine back, and I think it's not too bad at all. Just be patient and and you will get it too
