I did this and all I got was that I should send a gm call if I want it restored...
How I contacted them was:
1) Log into the game.
2) Press \\'Escape\\' then press \\'Support Desk\\'.
3) At the bottom, right-hand corner of that \\'Support Desk\\' window, click on \\'Search Database\\'.
4) Look for "How to contact a Game Master" and click on that.
5) At the bottom, right-hand corner of that window, click on "Ask Question"
6) Title your request as: "1 time Phial of Fantasia Restoration" or something.
7) Proceed to type in whatever you\\'d like regarding your inquiry.

I also got mine.
Requested it in the morning, got it in the evening. They do say the investigation can take up to 7 days.
Also in their response, told me to keep my mailbox clean and they would send the reply to the investigation through that.

Took me 6 day to go back to a Lalafell! And i used 2 Phials to begin with and 2 months prior to requesting item restore.
Right. I remember them saying it, but....how you got yours all done in 1 day amazes me. >.>
Also, did you get it in a Moogle Mail or directly from a GM into your inventory?
How exactly do you submit a Request? The support desk is really confusing to me and I just can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated!![]()
It would be nice if we didn't have to use this stop-gap measure. Here's hoping this service comes out shortly after 2.1
