Level 30, Level 40, and Level 50 only, if the beta was anything to go by. So if you're under level 30, no pvp for you. Maybe when housing pvp is out, but I wonder just how expansive it is.

So we don't even get an open world dueling/deathmatch system? >_<

Nope a 4vs4 / 8vs8 arena for now with proper matchmaking and pvp systems, then for 2.2 or 2.3 there will be realm vs realm

I knew about the arena. Very, very disappointed we don't get any kind of voluntary open world dueling/deathmatch system. Not happy at all.
