This is what they said. They did not say anything about the duration was being increased. Also, back attacks are being buffed as well.

Exactly. They said they were gonna remove the BRDs ability to use the skill. Don't know where the idea that MNK would lose BFB came from.

Yep. I hope it's an increase in the buff rather than the duration. The posted translation says "the effect of Grease Lightning will be increased". This can really go either way since it's a translation.
It was also said we'd be doing more damage from behind. So likely buffs to Bootshine and True Strike incoming.

Drg and Mnk play very different. Drg is slow big hits, and Mnk is fast little hits. My mnk with 4 i90 pieces including relic+1 has never broke 700 damage on a crit. My fresh to 50 drg with titans spear, DL acc and AF broke 1k crits first time in AK.

Drg has more abilities they use on a regular basis but their uses is more strict(combos). Monk can use whatever they want as long as certain conditions are met.

I like both but for farming purposes my lower geared drg is WAY better than monk.

What's your other gear you have? I broke 700+ crit with relic+1 and 2 ilvl90 pieces. I had 3 pieces of ilvl90 and the highest crit I did was 722, I got another piece last night for 4 more str and haven't been able to test it out, so idk how much 4 more STR is going to add.

To DRG my wife has relic+1 and like 2 pieces of ilvl90 and I've seen her hit for like 1023ish for crits.

But the thing is DRGs hit slower but higher numbers and MNKs faster but lower it kind of evens out one may pull ahead of the other.

How is that even... I hit 700 a lot on my monk with that gear, now I do 800 crits, hell my melee auto swing gets into the high 300's.

Sorry I have to call shenanigans on 800 crits unless your using a STR potion. I'm 6 STR behind you going by your gear you have on. I just can't see 6 more str than me doing that much more DMG that's like 78 points different than the highest I've done. I'll find out Monday when I get my Relic Body.

I hit mid 800's with mercy Stroke and low to mid 700's with Snap Punch (Crits of course), but I am full i90. I do not use STR pots as well.

How much STR do you get from PT buff? I never paid attention. Maybe I should have asked which skill he was talking about didn't think about it so he could be right Mercy Stroke is 200 pot and Snap is 180.

I think I saw something like 5% main stat. I'd like to see hard numbers on that too.
I can break 800 with a mercy stroke crit under BfB.

Thing is, how often do you get that Mercy Stroke crit. It's pretty much a one time attack (maybe 2 if you're lucky/slow) cause of the cooldown.
Even stacking IR with it every time, I hardly see it.
