My prediction for RDM:

Base Class: Fencer

Advanced Job: Red Mage - dps

Advanced Job: Dancer - healer

Edit: As an aside, since Blue Mage was brought up... I predict that Blue Mage will be a job specialization of the Shepherd class, alongside Beastmaster.

Hah. As I was thinking how RDM would be handled as a job and class, I came to the same conclusion as you just as I got to your post. RDM<-Fencer->Dancer

As for BLU, I don't know how it would work since there aren't any useful or memorable monster attacks that stand out in this game.
Maybe a few, but...I don't know if there are enough to make a whole class around.
