If you hadn't notice by now - Most "going against popular opinion" posts by certain people tend to get a lot of likes on these forums, whereas on zam, you tend to get rated into oblivion depending on who posted it.

Saying "it has a lot of likes" really mean nothing, because I can look at any topic and see someone say: "This topic again?" and it has the most likes.

The fact that whether or not Starwinds or my viewpoints on Progression Obsession is in the minority, those who are at the point where gear from CT is not an upgrade to current pieces of gear are in a minority as well.

4 months and no one is doing any end-game..? There must have been more end-game content to keep people satisfied before reaching not only the current progression stop, but also end of the main storyline so far. Minority I guess means only people on legacy worlds have entered coil, yeah?

I see you took the bait on that one. The point I was making with that comment is that everyone thinks they represent the majority without hard evidence to substantiate their claim. Yet, when hard indications of popular opinions do not swing their way, they're quick to deny what evidence is provided. Confirmation bias at its finest.

Putting words in my mouth much? I said the coil endgame was in the minority. And that the majority of players are actually pre-coil and will benefit from Crystal Tower being exactly as it is. The exact numbers? That's in SE's hands, not yours, not mine. Last data provided indicated that there was large population not even complete with the main storyline. Given that data was provided a month ago? I'd say we're at the point where the bulk of players are just now challenging their relic quests or going back to level secondary classes -but that's speculation.

Regardless, if you wish to add weight to your words, do so with your subscription. However, know that there was an expected bleed off in population before they even got hit with a population far beyond their expected numbers: That's how we got into this 'four weeks behind schedule' debacle to begin with.
