Because a counter arguement must ALWAYS be present
if you dont like disagreement you shouldnt ever be on forums to begin with

If you want a change suggestion, lets just go with the same one several of us have put in many times in the past

Repair kits.
They should be made based on the material requirement! (so a linen repair kit takes the place of needing a weaver for linen fent repairs)
The basic idea is these are crafter made, with the same ingrediants as the actual repair item(obviously)

And to top it off, they repair items they are used on to 75% much like the repair npc(your in the field, YOU yourself dont know the craft, you should be happy with this, and this makes crafters still the king of repairing as it should be and remain)

This will let people stock up on repair items so they can self repair before going out for long sessions.
