I have been playing final fantasy games since the late 80's and I hate 13. It isn't some trendy bandwagon thing that you guys seem to be implying, it's because it's such a huge departure from the rest of the series. Everyone has their own opinions, but trust me it isn't something that is just going to get moved on to other games. A lot of the core fanbase will always dislike 13. It's cool if you like it, but I don't understand how people are so surprised that it wasn't well-received. Not every negative opinion is negative just for the sake of 'hating', FYI
