Can someone please tell me where this is stated? I see that it's implied by Yoshi's "will not be available at 2.1 launch", but I'd be interested in seeing any more information on the subject. Considering that the logical assumption I'm sure myself and many other people made was that full alliance pre-mades would be allowed from the start, as it stands it's a frustrating move to myself a lot of other players.
