Warrior "buff" in 2.1: not what we are expecting?

Eager to hear other peoples thoughts on this. Mainly people who have played both jobs vigorously.

I tank most of coil on my PLD. I tank turn 4 (successfully) on my WAR. From a mitigation and defensive cooldown standpoint PLDs are still better than the current proposed changes to warrior. Warriors have better threat and damage but that's really just flavor. I don't know why they bothered to up Warrior threat.. probably because you can blow through a TP bar on a warrior but you can't on a PLD.
