Will Storm's Path's enemy damage reduction be a buff on the War or will it be a debuff on the enemies we use it on similar to Pld's Halone combo bonus? Also would it stack with the Halone combo bonus effect if it is a debuff or should we expect it to overwrite?

2 Warrior's deal way more damage... One keeps Storms Eye up, the other just focuses on Enmity boostnig and putting up Maim once every 20 seconds. It's WAY more damage.

pretty sure its separate debuff called storm eye like SP

I am loving the tears and QQ in this thread. From both sides. I don't see how anyone thinks these changes are OP. Even with the new holmgang that people are crying about, WAR will still get jacked. Yeah, you won't die right away, but the healer is still having to spam. It only delays the inevitable, whereas a PLD can be topped up with Hallowed Ground.
You should have bought an authenticator.....
Your tears feed me....

Oh, hehe. Mis-understood the context.
Mathematically, it's 35% more damage between the 2 actually, if they're coordinated about it, however thats neither here nor there. I'd prefer a Paladin in my group no matter what.
All of these issues are being addressed without the new Inner Beast coming into the equation. You do realize that without using Inner Beast on cooldown, we effectivly waste our advantage entirely, as well as our Self-Heals... right? The skill is there to be used, and in it's current form warriors are NOT using it, just for the sake of making up for the already overpowering mitigation paladins have WITHOUT using cool downs. We also didn't have a -Strength de-buff that was up 100% of the time before either, which you effectively put up without thinking about it. AND You have hallowed Ground, Bulwark, + Stone Skin cast able on yourself when you want it.
I can't believe any paladin would complain about this..
The new Inner Beast is a 20% GUARANTEED mitigation basically any time you need it. It works on all forms of attacks as well. Bulwark does not set block to 100%, it also is ineffective against magic attacks (see entire Turn 2 ADS). Stoneskin is impractical in a fight. It doesn't absorb that much damage, is a heavy mana drain, has a lengthy cast time meaning it's not reactionary and is on the GCD.
An on demand mitigation skill is pretty much the most powerful thing you can give a tank in this game. I would give up Bulwark, Sentential and Rampart (all of them) in exchange for a skill that works like the newly described IB. This is because I use those three skills as a precursor to help survive spike damage where healers might be falling behind for a few seconds. The remaining duration of the skill after those few seconds is mostly useless after the healers have caught up.

I'm not biased towards either, have both to 50 and myth pieces on both and I enjoy playing both of them so I just tank on w/e the group wants me to tank on. I realized early that PLD would be fotm so leveled it to be prepared for it so I could be like "Oh np, let me switch to pld, poof, they use the same gear, poof". Oh you need relic "Np, I have relic on both of them.. poof".
DL and Alagan being for both tanks is nice. Kind of makes the whole thing pointless if you have both leveled to 50 and you need gld 22 or w/e for provoke so might as well just take them both to 50.
