That order would work fine, but this is all that really matters:
Relic+1 > pants > whatever you want at this point, based on BC drops

I'd go so far to say it doesn't matter at all. You can pass turn 4 with relic+DL. Anything else is just buffer, which while helpful - is still buffer and not necessary.

Could you pass turn 4 with less, yes but I don't think it's viable to have the entire party at such a low gear level.
