It's both. We don't need restrictions. We need more challenges to use our better gear on. Things that truly challenge us as players. We don't need to "Slow down." content we're already capable of completing or progressed past.
You're not asking for harder dungeons. You're asking to slow down the speed of completing existing dungeons. We all want harder dungeons added to the game (See new content.) and greater challenges than what we've faced before. You're not suggesting something that will challenge us.

You can get your challenge by voluntarily wearing low level gear then, can't you? Alternatively - Go work on coil.
All this suggestion does is worsen the grind of end game gear.
Some people love the challenge of clearing runs as fast as possible, you want dungeons to be harder - there are ways both can work in the current system. Your way forces one or the other.
At the end of the day a continuous challenge is impossible because once you learn something, it becomes easier anyway, content is going to get easier and easier regardless of gear. Your point is moot.
Don't slow down existing content, add more. This suggestion is ridiculous.
You mean clear 1-4 in one hour and then spend the rest of the week on TT? I do that but id like some challenge outside of the coil too.
Instead of taking guesses you could check the Lodestone. I am as lazy as you are (not much in fact).
NO, de-rating your gear defeats the whole purpose of getting gear.
Challenges outside of coil would be great but unfortunately you're not suggesting anything challenging outside coils. You just want to slow down the current rate of progression.
I went and did a head count of different users.
4 are for the poster's suggestion (including the OP himself.) 17 are against. You are outnumbered by 4 times so I think it's safe to say that most people agree that this is a bad idea.

I would ask for awesome and challenging open world beastmen stronghold if i had a slight chance to see that implemented!

Well you have ways of doing that - You don't need to force your challenge on others though. You should work on Twintania more though if you still aren't killing it (or is that challenge too much for you and your friends?)
Also don't lump me in with you, I'm not lazy.
