I think there are really dumb people in this thread to think either the following scenarios:
    1. Macro which involves having more than one GCD skill with all the other oGCD
    2. People thinking that not using oGCD still which has quicker animation, puts the oGCD skill on CD earlier, animation can be cancelled by GCD skills. And has 150 -190 Potency.

Know this fact if you don't use your Bloodletter ASAP your next DoT tick will have a possibility of cause you to lose upwards of T/15*150 Potency damage and more if a River of Blood Proc happens before you put it on CD. For each second you delay Misery's end you lose T/12*190 potency damage.

    Putting the following macro:
    /ac "heavy shot" <t>
    /ac "misery's End" <t>
    /ac "Bloodletter" <t>

is in itself broken and if you have lags it will keep queing up heavy shots.

    The following macro:
    /ac "Misery's End" <t>
    /ac "Bloodletter" <t>
    /ac "Heavy Shot" <t>

will always ensure Misery's end go off fire if you have a GCD, Bloodletter off CD. Because Misery's End is our highest potency action.

I think there are really dumb people in this thread who don't realize that putting any on-GCD ability in a macro disables ability queuing which results in stutter in the actual execution of said ability, automatically leading to a 5-10% DPS loss.

    Edit:

That said, that's nowhere near as dumb as people writing sequential macros with /wait. That's just ... nowordsforthis.
