Think he is referring to more of the BL proccing

So as I've explained before, I think maybe the first or second week of launch, it is not possible to miss a BL proc if you use them solely between oGCDs. Please remember how tick timings work and how it is literally impossible for you to miss a BL proc if you delay.
Like the reasons Lumpen gave, there is 0 reason to use BL when you can use HS instead, unless you have 0 TP, in which case do whatever you want, your dps will be crap.
No? It ensures that if BL is up, you're going to use it if you're mashing the button during HS. This is the exact opposite of what you want to do. Speaking of which doing the thing the other way around is bad too, because the game randomly lags and decides to use the last attack sometimes too.
Just do not macro any oGCD abilities to GCD ones. That is the golden rule. Do whatever the hell you want otherwise.
You are assuming the animation lock for one ogcd skills is = to a full gcd, it is not. I imagine with all the back and forth this subject has the dps is comparable in any situation so it really comes down to preference. I prefer to unload everything ogcd as soon as I get it to allow more chances for them to refresh. Some people prefer to have a more active system by covering their gcd, it is not that big of a deal. To me I like to empty out and have more time to be aware of what is going on.
Again, using BL when it is active does not equal not using a HS, it is an issue of priority not replacing.
Doesn't /ac Me /ac BL /ac HS ensure its used when its up between HS?

Ok, so basically do not macro together GCD and oGCD abilities, and weave the oGCD abilities in between the cooldowns of GCDs with BL taking priority?

Sure, that works well, it is a miniscule (like 0.01%) dps increase to use ME ahead of BL during execute, but frankly it doesn't matter in the least.

I think technically it does matter in the least; it just doesn't matter in the most ... per se ...
Lols.

Yea well, for all intensive purposes, you're point is mute. Case and point, I poured over my sim results and it showed that they were literally identical.
But you've peaked my curiosity, this idiom really does tow the line when it comes to noncorrectness.
I await your response (or aneurism) with baited breath.
