Let's put it this way? Do you REALLY want to join a party that is 0/4 or 1/4? This usually mean they can't even killl the first boss or keep wiping to wall.

Yeah, and you're the only person smart enough to figure this out while no one else can.
These excuses are cute, and ultimately do not even matter, because you only need to run AK about once before you realize 0/3 and 1/3 is probably bad news and 2/3 is likely good news. You're not increasing your chances any because there's literally no way anyone with a clue will turn down a 2/3 AK.

Yes. I go into these 0/4, 1/4 dungeons and carry them to the finish line. All that is needed is a little patience and happy feelings.
I can't even count how often I entered a dungeon on my whm where the group was at the first boss. my reaction is asking 'healer ragequit?' and 99% of the time people say 'yes'. I do not remember ever having the group actually being bad. (though timer works against us often)
but that also is in line with my experience when a tank decides to ditch the group (or healer when I don't heal)
I really weep for these people because they are obviously used to being carried and not used to actually putting their weight
they expect flawless runs, doing little to nothing, in far outleveled grey gear (I am not 50) and moan because the first boss in brayflox eats them. (I can .not. heal through that. I can't do more than spam cure. no, I can't cast regen on you either; I'm downsynched to 34. though I doubt you'd be able to hold aggro)
