Just remove the skill from your bars. Its only use is when you cannot flank an enemy, which should almost never happen but if it does, your damage is going to be poop anyway.

Whoa there. True Strike is (a) a meaningful TP efficiency gain (not huge, but not tiny), and (b) sort of sustainable if you dodge long attack cycles.

It's asinine to "chase" True Strike usage by stacking Skill Speed, but at the same time if you approach the fight with any sort of TP efficiency in mind, then it's a good idea.
