Yep, people really aren't getting the point.

First off, regardless of the player's fault, this is a service that SE PROVIDES. And if they are willing to recover hacked characters, they should do that without all this madness or simply not do it anymore.

Second, this isn't limited only to hacking. Just ask around and you will find many players that had billing related issues and had problems with SE's customer service. Heck, search on google maps for SE's USA office and you will find complains, lol.

And third, this is FFXIV related. No reason for it to not be posted here.
