Idk, I watched from the beginning and she casts Death Sentence at 1:36, 2:15, 2:48, 3:26 and then finally the one you refer to.

Please pay attention here....there are no conflags to hop into until she starts marking people obviously. Don't talk if you don't know the fight here. You can't run into conflags when she isn't casting them.

My apoligies though, I should have specified after her first Neural Link drops which is when Fireballs/Conflags start.
