Good guide but the following part made me want to /wrist.

Provoke – Matches top enmity player +1 enmity point. 40 second cool down. Since this does not deal damage and only gives you 1 enmity point more than the person at the top of the list, I strongly recommend you macro this into Rage of Halone (Highest melee enmity single GCD ability) and Shield Lob (Highest ranged enmity single GCD ability).

Hopefully no tanks are actually stupid enough to do this. (Macro provoke onto their halone and throw abilities pretty much assuring 100% that it will be down if you ever need it)
