Yup. I've never heard of an MMO to release content more than two months apart.

GW2 is about it with it's every 2 weeks in that regard. However what I've never heard of is an mmo in the last 5 years or so that wants to be any kind of success that waits 3+ months for the majority of it's qol fixes that most people clamor for at launch.

Yes somtimes it had content updates 2 month apart. But those were occasions and not the norm. More often than not stuff is/was around 5month after the last.

Your words were "EVERY OTHER MMO". But I can go on. Star Wars old Repuplic, Tera, FFXI, Eve online, Everquest II, Age of Conan etc.

Although Blizzard releases their expansion with a lot of things to do, that will at least keep us occupied for more than 3 weeks. And even Molten Core, their very first raid back in 2004, had way more bosses than Coils.

We can talk about this when this game had its first expansion. FFXI first expansion(The NA launch) was massive too! Please don't forget that molten core was nowhere near playable 2 month after launch.

Sure, but WoW was a brand new game. ARR is a re-release. Sure, they changed a lot of things, but the game frame is basically the same. I'm not raging or blaming them for what they've done. It's a significant improvement over 1.0 . You know, if they had released Crystal Tower when it was meant to be released at first, we wouldn't be having this discussion. But they decided to retro-release new content (what I mean by that is releasing a new content tier lower than what is currently being cleared... CT is supposed to give iLvl gear lower than Coils... so what will be the point in doing CT, if you already clear Coils ?)
