You very well may be right. I would absolutely not be OK with that. There is not enough in the game right now to hold many people for 5 months. I would probably be logging in less and less, leveling crafting classes and whatnot.

I disagree here. There is quite a bit to do. You have the option of leveling up multiple classes, gearing them out, running coil which has yet to be beaten by anyone in the world (granted it is bugged atm), helping your friends, crafting, building your wealth and mastering multiple jobs (after leveling and gearing them). Granted, I'd love to see some new content, but the game just came out not too long ago. They still have a lot to fix before they can release a huge content patch.
