I've actually worked on 3 MMO's <~ Senior Systems Administrator...However, my point relates more to the lack of presence that SE has as compared to the response of other companies.

I was simply acknowledging that their CS is responsive. SE's CS is NOT responsive and when compared to other MMO's is simply, awful. At this point, that's not even an argument or a point of discussion, that's a cold-hard fact.

Combating a problem requires a presence. Not a 2 week delay in combating that presence.
