Which is not the player's fault, it's a design flaw. People can't level as quickly doing dungeons as they can grinding FATEs, and FATEs drop gil. At least dungeons will now as well.The heck they aren't. People aren't running dungeons (good source of gear.) People aren't doing story quests (good source of gear.)
They're just leveling through FATES because you can be one of the masses and get exp no matter what gear you have. Just follow the train and spam AoE damage. You end up at level 50 and have no idea how to play your class or the game really for that matter.
