Blind Bids Yes Please. Undercutting is getting stupid on my server. It's good for some stuff, but things like tome items are selling for super cheap now. Greedy lil kids trying to get gil to buy their titan wins.

So what is super cheap to you on the tome crafting mats? They were 30k on my server. Most in trade chat want them for 20k. People get a good portion sold at 25k. The market is starting to get flooded with the item because well people no longer need those points. The supply is starting to overrun the demand. Whenever a game launches it's about beating the pack to endgame and getting the big money before everyone else catches up.

Also spamming CM isn't even close to hard. I do a run in like 35mins. So like 1hr I made an easy 25k. 25k that is merely sitting on my character holdings millions already. Maybe square needs to start finding some worthwhile money sinks.


zenmetsu- I spent 250k to get my Garuda and Titan kill asap. Since I focused on crafting and making as much profit as possible. So I let people with +1 relics simply carry me then I can just go back and get the darklight and other gear.

On my server Tome items were 100k then it was average 75k-90k easy until last week, But you get people who don't have any patience. Items are selling for 60k cause people are buying but people can't wait they have to have gil now so everyone is undercutting and everything is under 50k now soon will be 25k like your server.

That's how I made my millions of gil. I was level 50 2 days after launch on a new account, So while everyone was taking their sweet time leveling more than one class and gearing DL for them I was geared in DL and just spamming castrums.

I think people are missing a key point when comparing this to real world economics. There is only one place to go to buy/sell. Using this real world example that applies to me currently, if Walmart sells X for .99, but Target sells it for .98, I'll still go to Walmart because it's closer. But if I only had to go to one neutral spot, then pick a store out a listing, then of course I'd by from Target. That just throws things for a loop a bit and makes it harder to compare to real world economics. Granted you can kinda do this with the internet, but you still have to go to each website, and special offers and shipping and crap like that. There is no just listing of get X for Y kinda deal.

Aaaand... the people that are now ahead of you in the curve are buying up the cheap tomestone items, crafting with them, and making shitloads of gil. If you are complaining about tomestone items being cheap, you are already losing.
