    They didn't say they were making them worthwhile, they said they were giving a reason to kill them. Could mean anything. Like you must kill X number of trash before entering a boss. Doesnt mean they will be adding rewards for killing trash.

    Until we get full details it sounds to me like every change is being made to make the endgame grind harder and longer.

    Adjusted almost never means easier to SE. In context to a class or job it means nerf, to content it means harder. atleast it did in XI for years.
