However as the "my location" are not within the support regions WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE SERVICE.

Agent Joseph M: It is only in the support areas listen on the web site, you would need to select a region in order to create the account. Only the support regions are available to be selected.
Agent Joseph M: Some people may be able to get the account to work outside of these regions, but IT IS UNSUPPORTED.
