To Invz: What of AK runs where three people of the same FC join a que, and are mean to you the whole way and just before the boss, they boot you for no good reason other then they had someone to pick on?

I think thats kind of a stretch bro. If I were put in that situation by my FC I would probably still vote no unless the player in question lacks talent at his or her job. I don't join AK runs to troll people. I join AK runs to get myth tomes. If I am with a DPS or healer that is wearing pieces of AF and can still get through demon wall and doesn't die to trash mobs I am good.

I think this goes back to my point, that you are booting someone for other reasons then just being afk, or badmouthing, which is the ONLY time someone should EVER be booted from a party. Otherwise dissolve the party if its a failure, dont use a system to boot people who need to learn, and you have agreed to be with until a certain point in a dungeon.

I understand your opinion. You are entitled to have this opinion. I just don't agree with it. I don't think a whole party should be punished because one member through lack of gear or talent wipes the party repeatedly. People need to learn that it isn't all about them. This is not a single player game. You are playing the game with other people and if your gear or talent is not up to par why should you expect others to carry you through everything?

I gotta disagree with those being the ONLY reasons someone should ever be booted from a party; while CM certainly has very lax gear requirements, and people should be allowed to watch the cutscenes when it's their first time, booting someone for poor gear in dungeons such as AK or hard mode primals is absolutely reasonable. (The trick is, they're adding hard-coded gear level requirements for these anyway, so my point is purely academic)

Once you hit level cap, you can no longer make your character more powerful through the accumulation of EXP. Instead, you do the equivalent of leveling up by acquiring better gear. Attempting to walk into HM Titan with only AF and subpar weapon and accessories is like trying to walk into CM at level 40 or less. You can't do that because there's a hardcoded level requirement, because you'd get roflstomped by the trash mobs if you tried. It was simply an oversight on SE's part to not treat gear level the same way, which they are going to correct in patch 2.1

I don't get the point of these discussions. If your not fully geared, then why don't you try the instance later after you obtain the appropriate gear? You would have less worry of dealing with jerks and less worry of being kicked. Most of the time, people don't kick just for the lulz. Its usually for a reason.
