I do, I actually limit my fps to 60 to keep my system running cooler (I need switch to water cooling).
I've got the same processor i7-2700k, 2x gtx560Ti, 8GB RAM. If I let my cards run full blast I'm usually getting mid 80s, low 60s.

There's no point on letting your FPS go over 60 anyway unless you have a monitor that has refresh rate of greater than than 60hz. XD
Oh I know, that's also the other reason I keep it capped at 60 (no need to put undue stress on components I don't wanna fork out $$$ to replace quite yet).. Though I would love me one of them 120Hz monitors... Though then I'd just run in 3D and still be capped at 60.. haha.

Same here. Anything over 60 is overkill anyway, so why expose your machine to unnecessary heat? With the limiter off I usually see 85-90 while exploring.
