Lets take example of games like DCUO. These games put the focus at endgame. The issue is players bum rush content try to get everything super fast. This lead to alot of silly rules being formed. Like leve linking or purposely failing levequests. No one forms parties with random people to do grind parties, and yes there are several locations to have grind parties. You guys want "slower" not easy leveling? do more mob grinding less levequests. This will also take out a good chunk of money from the economy. And maybe cause prices to do down on gear a bit. Also spread out some. Do grind parties or levequests in other camps.

And stop thinking you need the best sp/exp per hr. All that mindset is doing is making you whine how fast leveling is.
