Stats, Caps and Gear optimization for WAR.

From what I gathered you can get 12 of anything as long as the acc doesnt already have that stat, at the exception of DET which seems to be lower. But I'm not sure right now, I'll try to find some definitive answers.

The answer is 10 VIT, 12 Secondary stats.

Isn't it the ring with 6 vit +1 slashing, blunt and piercing resist... that would be 1% physical damage reduction( your base resistance is 100 the ring makes it 101 for each - or 1% damage reduction for each attack type)

If Slashing/Blunt/Pierce resist work like elemental resists or defense, it is not 1%. I would be shocked if they had the other 2 systems work one way, and Physical resist turned into a % Resist. Could be though, just not likely.
