Duty finder bring the casuals and hardcore player together is a disaster

Without any credible form of evidence, your 80% in CM are "hard core" or "speed runners" is false. More likely is that "80%" have already seen the cutscenes and don't need to see them again. Not watching the cutscenes does impact clear time, but you're under the wrong assumption that those people are speed runners and "hard core".

You don't have to believe what I said. You get on duty finder, queue on CM 10 times and count how many times the group is speed running the dungeon. The last I had was about 8 out of 10. Or you can just read all these post on this forum that people are complaining so many speed run group for CM which ruin their experience on their first run of CM.
