Sell Fantasia on the Mogstation

Honestly, i don't see why people hate cash shops. Cash shops are fine if they are used for non-progression items.

I hate to hark back to WoW for this, but they have run a solid cash store for years.. allowing you to change your name, race, faction or buy non-combat pets and mounts; All of these things are of absolute zero influence on the game and it's progression. From what i hear, they may be taking a trip down a bad road soon, with an in-game cash store... but that is Blizzard, and does not mean SE would go that route if they introduced a cash-store of sorts.

The end of the world mindset needs to stop; Seriously, every time someone mentions anything for this game, they only focus on the absolute -WORST- possible scenario and think that will be the reality. There are a lot of things to dislike about a cash shop, but that's only if the shop itself runs rampant.

I think its fine to sell cosmetic items on the store like mounts, pets, race change potions whatever. That don't really effect gameplay. Blizzard does it with their games.

Because there are games where vanity actually is a significant part of the game. League of Legends and Path of Exile can have vanity item mall, because vanity is not even close to being significant in their games. Guild Wars 2 and FFXIV should not do it, because vanity actually matters there.

Edit: it comes down to the point that anything the game finds significant, should not be sold through item mall.

Yeah I definitely would like a fantasia potion as a service. But ONLY that, I dont want a cash shop. And 20$ is WAY too much, shouldn't be more than 5$ at most

I support this. By letting people to change their appearance, it will make them feel like playing a fresh character again.

While I love the look of my Miqo'te, I want the option to change her look down the road, since I am playing every class on one character and likely will be for awhile. So, if they release Dark Knight, and I make that my main for a year or two, I would like to have the option to change her appearance to that of a more physically imposing race, say highlander or roegadyn. There are many races/appearance styles I want to play (I made over 60 different characters in the benchmark and beta/launch), and having this available for a reasonable price would mean I could play the characters I want without leveling another character. I kind of want to switch races now, but I won't do so until I have a way of switching back if I don't like my new choice.
