Sell Fantasia on the Mogstation

I'm honestly surpised they don't have plans for such a service. Even the king of MMOs, Wow, offers 3 versions of character redos (one just changes your appearance/gender, one lets you pick from you own faction, and the other let's you switch factions)

WoW now also sells exp packs and stuff like that which to me is beyond wrong. People thought, when they first started selling that first star horse that it was a slippery slope, and look at it now. These are terrible things, IMO.

As for the topic at hand, I don't think this should be sold on Mogstation, however if SE wanted to offer a character change for a fee, then that's fine. But these potions, as in game items? NO.

The items are untradable/unsellable. They have no use for anyone other than the original owner so both those options are pretty much the exact same thing.

I hope they add this, since I was silly and decided to use my second one and change from a lalafell to a roegaden.. and I regreat it. Faaaaaaar to big for me.

But I don't see how this would be a "OH GOD A PAY TO WIN" mechanic. Games have race change options, this one needs one too. And they just so happened to make it an item in game that we use, then log out/do it. So its not a huge deal, I don't get how people can flip out over it.

But not all of us want to transfer servers, we just want an appearance change.
That would mean we'd need two server transfers just to change appearance?

I'm just constantly bumping the thread waiting a developer/community rep responses.

Even just a firm 'no', or a 'this is in the works, but it won't be ready until the new race is added' would be fine.

Why wouldn't it be in the works? Easy money for them while they have a big base of players. Longer they wait, the more they're missing out.

I have no doubt they will, but apparently they've hired 3D artists who specialise in Anthropomorphic Humans, now pending that's correct it would confirm that a new race IS definitely coming for the first expansion like they intended.
We have no idea what they'll pick. But if its anthropomorphic that means it could be a Bermucian, Ronso, Viera or something of the like being made.

They will have people race change like crazy, regardless. In 4-5 months, people will get tired of their current toons and be sooo excited to buy it. Like I said, it's a month into it and I already can't wait to change my character. They're just keeping money out of their own pockets right now.
