Not enough variety

I'm not bored yet, I log in every day with excitement as to what I want to do next.

I always laugh at these types of posts, just like in WoW.

Devs release new content, people race to the end and burn through it and than ask why they don't have more content....

Level all DoL, DoH, DoW, DoM.

Help others out, level your chocobo, etc, etc.

Still tons to do.

Tons to do. Yeah, maybe if you are the type of person who enjoys leveling all classes/jobs just because, but a lot of us have trouble even finding one class/job we like so why would we level all of them? Level my chocobo, really? For what? So I can do what with them? There is no actual content they can be used for so why even bother?

I get that the game is new and so I am not going to complain because for a new game endgame is pretty good, but people need to realize that not everyone plays like you who think there is tons to do. I think this game has potential and it looks like they will add content at a good rate, but I agree with OP in the sense that there needs to be more variety and personally I think that goes for a lot of things. More dungeons for variety in that grind, new open world content for those who enjoy that, minigames of different kinds. It looks like all of these are coming which is great, but until they do there really is not much for me to do. Good for you if you enjoy leveling everything though, I wish I was like that too.

This can be applied to both parties. I'm with the "there's plenty to do" crowd, if you don't pace yourself then yes of course you're going to run out of things to do, and it's your own fault at that.

Level things like chocobos for fun, other classes to understand how they work (which can make you a better player). There is ALWAYS something else to do, nobody has finished coil yet so the only valid argument about content being lacking is probably how dull the tome grind is.

Not at all, and I didn't claim that either. I just said that atm there isn't much variety, meaning smaller chance of giving a large number of people something of what they want. So good for you who likes what we've gotten, bad for those of us who don't like it. Like I said though I understand why it is like that, since the game is new, and I think it will get better rather fast.
