Server Maintenance During Peak Time

I don't see why people are mentioning Japan at all in this. Japanese game this, Japanese game that... If you guys actually loaded up the game, you would see that all the Japanese servers are live and able to be played while the NA/EU servers are the ones that are down.

There are two groups JP and NA/EU, the JP server group is in Japan and can be worked on separately from the NA/EU group; The talk of JP prime-time play shouldn't even be entering into the conversation.

Listen buttercup. Guys in Montreal get info from Japanese team back in JAPAN. So they have to wait till JST. Live with it. It's two friggin hours

So, they have to wait for people in Japan to tell them how to maintain servers? Most of the work that's being done during the maintenance isn't updates or patches, or what-have you that needs to be done at the same time.

This is basic server maintenance. If the team in Montreal is so inept that they cannot maintain the servers properly without hand-holding from their Japanese counterparts, they have no business being on staff in the first place.

Also, if you read back to my earlier post in the thread, you'd see that i don't mind the two hour downtime. I think they're handling their server maintenance times stupidly, but i'm not up in arms about it... You on the other hand seem to be rather upset about things regarding the maintenance.

So, to those who are using other places than "Murica!" are the lower % of the game, looks like you are the minority in this one =p

That's all well and good.. but.. they don't need to bring down the JP servers at the same time.. the JP servers are -up- during the maintenance right now... if that's the case, we shouldn't be affected by their time zone. They should maintain the Montreal servers separately at a time that best fits the NA/EU highest play percentages.
