Server Maintenance During Peak Time

2 days ago there are maintenance on our (asian/oceanic) prime time, 7-10 PM
did we make a thread to QQ about it?

Someone call square and tell their teams they are never allowed to go home on days for downtime so they can please you all.

Or maybe they should just leave things alone in the first place...
Lets face it the game was apparently working fine before they did the maintenance! : ) Your absolutely right they should go home and get some much needed rest before they are responsible for another bug that requires "emergency maintenance" for an hour.

Playing this game was your desicion. That means you accept when the maintanace is. You accepted the Terms of Agreement. In a world with many different time zones few will sympetize with you. As a player of this game, you should suck it up and wait until it's done.

Square Enix is a Japanese company. How do you think WoW players in Europe, Australia, and other parts of the world have felt about their maintenance for the past 9 years? America is not the center of the world, deal with it.

It's due to the fact that the world does not revolve around North America.

You say doing maintenance during your prime time isn't fair, but doing it during our prime time wouldn't be fair to us either. Yet EU has almost always had maintenance during their prime time in most big MMOs, so all we can really say is: Now you know how it feels. Try to make the best of it.

Time and time again there are planned server maintenance's during peak hours in the NA server cluster.

Why would SE choose to do this over and over? Every other MMO has always done these types of things OUR wee hours of the morning. It is extremely frustrating that this continues to be an non issue. Emergencies- understandable...but multiple planned downtime during MY peak time is unacceptable.

Monetary constraints? I am failing to understand how this can keep happening. Run the numbers...bring down the servers in off hours.

The rest of the world was wondering the same thing when it was sceduled in their time.
But judging by the tone of voice, if they split hours for maintainance , you'd be back complaining why the rest of the world gets the new content before you.
