

I think they have a system in place so the same credit card can't be used across multiple accounts for security purposes or something like that.
That's silly. I've had no issues with this for other P2P MMOs; it is like they do not want my money.
And sadly, because I was declined once or whatever, that account is down for 24 hours or something along those lines..


It really isn't so silly. This is a safeguard for credit card fraud.

If that's the case, maybe they should actually communicate with their customers and let them know somewhere, anywhere, that they cannot use the same credit card on two different accounts... Horrible, horrible customer service...
What kind of safety, it's a bit late if I've had a 1.0 subscription with that card, and purchased digital CE with that card. Besides, my card was accepted by MogStation for automatic renewal weeks before it came time to pay subscription. It just cancelled itself due to an error because MogStation is a buggy piece of trash of a billing system.


Just tried again since it's been 24 hours since I first tried to get in. Entered the correct information and still getting Error 401/601.
Well, guess it's back to Guild Wars 2 until they fix this disaster of a payment system. Assuming this doesn't get swept under the rug.
