If you didn't finish United we stand, why would people remember you? If you didn't finish White Raven's, you were one of the many on the field that didn't get teleported. Do you have your equipment still? Your job abilities? You legacy mark? Then you were in 1.0. And Yoshida said that the derplander's party is a representation of us. If you want to nitpick, you're saying that the first players ever to beat Nael only should get the new cutscene. Being remembered doesn't change the story line. You get maybe one or two things different.

And yes, they may not say that outright, but they are asking for scenes that they didn't achieve in 1.0. They're saying they should have seen the legacy scene when they didn't beat United We Stand. That's asking for special scenes they didn't achieve.
