    As soon as you hit "Next" on this screen, the registration will be fully accepted, and there will be no chance to go back and change!!! Be absolutely sure all the information is correct before continuing!!!

    7:It should now return you to the launcher, where you can hit "Play"

    8: Once the game launches, you should now be able to select the correct service account, and play with your characters.

    9: Have fun!


    To those still waiting for their codes, I wish you all the best of luck, and hopefully you should be getting them soon.

    EDIT: Interesting development by the way. Through desperation I changed the last number in the URL to various things like 1 or 2. Seems the 44124 or 38027 might not have anything to do with it, but I know for a fact that on both URLs, channel 2 is an EU chat. I got in both times and turned away both times.
    This is the link for NA chat. I know someone posted in above thread not to use links posted here, however I did and eventually got through. You can also fill out the "special" form for this issue and enter chat that way after entering your details. It will pop up a page with your ticket number and email or chat support options. They aren't open today, though. M-F and it will only show email support.

    I have opened up 4 tickets so far to get this issue corrected and spent 7 hours waiting in live chat to be told that the issue is escalated. However in reality all tickets are just being closed without any action other than canned messages. Game play is acceptable but not special enough to put up with the awful and unacceptable lack of support. I have paid the initial $50 from beta to pre release purchase. looks like support is wasting the first 30 days you get for paying for this game. I have lost the character I was building with the registration or I have to pay more and lose the pre release benefits. Come on Square Enix fix the problem, or are you just waiting for people to give up on this game? I'm pretty darn close to doing just that!

    this is really sad that they cant just find a way to reach out to the community and resolve this issue. worst yet that the NA branch is giving less than 2 shits about it compared to JP and EU. I wouldnt have minded starting a new character by now, but its bs that ill lose my pre-ordered items not to mention my characters names. If theres anyone ingame whose been dealing with this and either has/hasnt had it resolved and would like to create an fc/ls whatever- hit me up and lets see if we can atleast make this game a bit more interesting with a great community.

    edit: literally 2 minutes after this post i received an email in response to the support form i filled out. The email stated that it appears my issue has been resolved through a live support channel.. (which btw i have not been able to successfully contact live support once). it does however state in the email that if i am still experience problems not to hesitate replying to the ticket/email and they will gladly assist me further..

    so let see what rabbit they pull out their asses next..
