To all people who are just waiting for the ticket to solve itself: DON'T
Try to get in Live Chat, try to call them by phone. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE TICKET ALONE. IT WILL _NOT_ WORK.
I joined this topic on page 300 or so and been here ever since. My problem got fixed around page 700 and by experience I can say that only two or three people got their problems fixed with ticket only.
Get a hold of the Live Chat, wait in the Queue. It's your only chance of playing this game again...
I'll second this. I'll go further to say that you absolute best bet is trying to get on phone. Last Fri at about 2:30 PM EST, on my 3 try spamming my call button I got into the queue on phone support. 1.5 hrs later I get on with an agent and give her the ticket number of the form they tell you to fill out. Just a quick verification of personal info and 30 mins later I had a new CE account (with full 30 days, I'm PC) applied to my primary service account. The second one is still there but I was told it will just lapse and eventually get cleaned out. They are making progress people, just gotta stay calm and patient. It seems like they have a system in place to just apply new keys rather than sending a ticket to some mysterious escalation team. Plus with the new servers evening out load, it should make your odds of getting to support easier.To all people who are just waiting for the ticket to solve itself: DON'T

Some of us don't have time to sit in a chat queue or wait on the phone all day, especially with it being PST times.
what time does the live chat open?
In about 5 minutes. 9 AM PST.
Got through on the phone support, just waiting on an agent now. Called the moment it opened. Let's see how this goes today

You: Is it not possible to have the issue fixed right here rather than have my ticket escalated? I have been seeing users on the forums have their issues fixed directly

You: There is nothing you can do about my issue right now? Like merging the 2 service accounts? i have been waiting for weeks

You: Users on the forums were just able to have their accounts merged directly in live chat

You: I have been at this trying to get it solved since the day after release, adn this is the first time I have even been able to reach an agent

You: No offense, but this is the worst customer support I have ever seen. YOur customers are being treated horribly and waiting weeks, and in my case probably a month to use a product that they have puschased a week ago.

You: every other case I have seen on the forums has been solved even with an escalted ticket
Agent Austin P: I do understand your concern but you did agree to the terms as it does state that this process can take up to two weeks.
