What kind of ass backwards tech support team takes the weekend off? That's ridiculous.
Just to point out, I am EU and took NINE days to get mine sorted (9 days, 3 tickets, 2 live chats, 2 escalations).
Trust me, SE are crapping on everyone playing on NA/EU servers, regardless of ethnicity.

I was really into the game, playing whenever I could play (wait, instances are broken.... wait, emergency maintenance... wait, 1017... wait, emergency maintenance... wait, wrong service account). But now since I've been locked out for over a week, I've lost most of my interest. I guess if I got the email saying my accounts were merged (and they actually fixed it) I would try to play today, but I'm not entirely sure. It seems SE will suffer the "I like your game, but hate you more than I like your game" scenario. Sad.
I don't know what I did wrong, but I just want my PC version back. I hate the PS3 version, and wish I hadn't bought it.
The thing is there was no place to tie the CE code to my head start account. The only option they gave me was to start a new account which I did now I have 2 account.
