    Chat service isn't even up...I'm refreshing my ticket page and all I'm getting is "Chat service is unavailable."

    It's been over a week since I submitted my ticket and I'm considering doing a chargeback for the game on my CC. I'm not paying for something I'm not getting.

    I went in at exactly 9:00AM Pacific Time and was 40th in Queue. I guess they are overloaded. #2 Now hope it goes through!

    I think it's pretty unacceptable at this point. 10 days since release, issues have been known for quite a while and the customer service still sticks to their 9-6 pacific work hours. After today there'll be no response until Monday.

    Yea but there are way too many players for them to keep up at this point. Anyways i just went from #1 on Queue back to #2 how does that work..?

    This is their fault for terrible account management design. The customer's are the one paying the price.

    I waited in queues for hours last week, only to get to #1 and get hit with "Chat service is unavailable, please try again later."

    I thought a week later it would be better. Apparently not.

    Same here, went from 19 to 20. Has happened a few times. I wonder if its because it may not a pure first in first out queue and more of random selection of the next ticket based on either some undisclosed case type priority or they are free to cherry pick cases. The cherry picking makes a bit of sense as it would allow them to skip the minor silly issues and deal with more important stuff such as account security issues. That might even explain why people keep getting dequeued and it claims noone is available. There might be a stagnation timeout in that case because no-one elected our ticket.

    I went in at 9:02 and got in at 56 so I'm hopeful I don't get de-queued this time. Every other time i've been in at 150-200, Post if you get ahold of someone. I'm still 20th in line so Id like to see if you have luck with getting in at a low initial spot.
