I'm about ready to un-install at this point honestly. This entire situation has got to be the most epic fuck up in MMO history. Coming up on a week of trying to get through to these idiots only to have the chat cancel again and again.... I guess the CE money I spent was enough for SE, certainly don't seem to want sub money from me.

So I got through chat queue after 3 hours today and Austin P. got my account fixed immediately while in chat session. I now have access to my character.

Not sure if this has been reported already, but last I saw NA was not doing this yet.

Did you register your game on PS3 or PC? I have a feeling you did it for PC, but if it was for PS3, then we wouldn't have to wait as long for them to fix our accounts. Grats on getting your account fixed and hope you get past that dreaded 1017.

Yea I don't understand why they wouldn't copy EU and do the same. It seems it would help clear up their support system a lot faster. Maybe they don't allow their agents the same access as EU? Don't get why. Yea it's a different division, but the same company.

Well whatever the reason was before, they seem to be matching the EU policy now.

Also I recommend trying to get on the phone line, and open the chat queue in as many different browser types as possible (I had FF, IE, Opera, and Chrome all at once). Friday I just had 4 Firefox tabs in the queue at once, and when the first failed, they all got DCed. Using different browsers seems to avoid that.

The only reason I did not ask for a refund yet, is because I bought the game directly from SE, and that would probably take a month if not more to get my money back.

So i get on the queue at 12:19pm EDT (9:19am PDT) and was number 119 when i was down to 77 the queue started moving really fast only to say canceled. I rejoin the queue... this time i was 265 its, 4:14pm i finally get to number 1 and get the cancelled message... so now im rejoining the queue and im 299... WTF i really dont know what to do!
